At FrameYourMemories, every customized product is made with care, time, and attention especially for you. The photos, names, messages, dates, designs, and other details provided with an order are personally prepared and used to create a product that is unique to that particular order.

Because each customized product is made specifically for one customer, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, personal preference, incorrect selection, or if the customer simply no longer wants the product.

Customized Products Are Non-Returnable

Once an order is confirmed and customization work has started, the product enters our personalized production process. Since the finished product is created specifically according to the customer's requirements, it cannot normally be resold to another customer.

We request customers to carefully check the photos, names, dates, messages, and other customization details before submitting the order.

What If There Is a Problem With My Order?

Although customized products cannot be returned for personal reasons, we genuinely care about receiving the product exactly as it was intended.

If your order:

• Arrives damaged during shipping

• Has a manufacturing or printing defect

• Has a significant quality issue

• Is received with incorrect customization due to an error from our side

• Is missing an item that was included in the confirmed order

please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

For damaged or incorrect orders, please provide clear photographs or videos of the received product and packaging so that we can properly review the issue.

After verification, we may offer a replacement, correction, or another suitable resolution depending on the situation.

Customer-Provided Information

We create the product according to the customization details and images provided by the customer. Please make sure all photos, names, dates, messages, spellings, and other details are correct before submitting the order.

We are not responsible for mistakes in information that was provided incorrectly by the customer.

That's why every order requires individual preparation and cannot simply be placed back into stock and sold to someone else. Behind every customized order is real time, material, printing, designing, checking, packing, and careful effort from our team.
